  • Authorities: where the law requires it, for example tax authorities.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We are based in Australia and our customers are in Europe and North America, so your information is handled in more than one country. It is likely to be stored or accessed in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, member states of the EU and EEA, and the country your parcel is delivered to. For transfers of personal information from the EU, the UK or the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions where they exist or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (and the UK addendum) with our providers.

  • Customer accounts: until you delete the account or ask us to; inactive accounts are deleted after three years.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it (Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13). If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you can also ask us to erase it, restrict or object to its use, or give it to you in a portable format, and you can withdraw any consent at any time. Email support@formik.shop; we answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

8. Complaints

Please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live, or in the UK to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
