Measure your foot from heel to the tip of your longest toe. S fits 22–23.5 cm (EU 35–37), M 23.5–25 cm (EU 38–40), L 25–27 cm (EU 41–43). The size guide has UK and US sizes and the wrap sizes.

Every grip sock product is two pairs: one pair in each of the two colours named on the product page. Sets are three to five pairs, all in the size you choose.

We do not rate grip. The silicone print gives the sole a textured surface, but how any grip sock behaves depends on the floor or equipment, sweat and wear. Check your footing before you load a spring or move onto the platform.

The print on the sole of the socks and the underside of the towels is silicone. On the wraps the pattern is knitted into the fabric; on the bags it is printed on.

Socks: inside out at 30 °C with similar colours, no high-heat tumble drying, no ironing on the print. Towels: 40 °C, print side out. Wraps: hand wash cold or wool cycle, dry flat. Care notes are on every product page.

No. A kit is a way to see and add the pieces in one print together. Every piece costs the same in a kit as on its own.
